This has been my mantra over the past few weeks.It has been really helpful to carve out at least one night at home every week and do fun and simple things I love.
When I get really stressed or overwhelmed here are some of my favorite ways to de-stress:
paint my nails
clean my apartment
put on a face mask
take a cycle class
bake a treat
watch some of my favorite shows
