Five on Friday {March 11}

Hey y'all,

It's Friday! As usual, I am linking up with some wonderful ladies to showcase five things I have been loving this week.

one.This Weather. Seriously, it has been gorgeous! Weather in NC is always unpredictable (I had ice on my car Monday morning) but the fact that it has been between 60 and 80 every day this week has made me want to get out in the sun and go find some fresh fruit.

two. Tea. I might be a tea addict as displayed by getting 6+ boxes of tea from my friends for my birthday but lately I have been enjoying at least a cup each day if not more. My current favorite teas are the Yogi Green Tea in blueberry and pomegranate, Tangerine Orange Zinger from Celestial Seasonings, and the Peppermint Bark from Bigelow.

three. The Intern. Last night my roommate and I redbox-ed the Intern and I am so glad I finally got around to seeing the film. It was really cute and I loved Robert De Niro's character Ben. I only wished there had been 5 or 10 more minutes of the film since I think it ends kind of abruptly.

four. Gardening. I had been wanting to plant/garden for a few years and apartment living kind of makes it an adventure. I kept putting it off but my good friend Traci gifted me some seeds for my birthday to encourage my garden. I planted basil, cilantro, parsley, and oregano as herbs, tomatoes, zinnias, and a butterfly/hummingbird mix of flowers. Last night I even saw my first little sprout!

five. The Lion King. Tomorrow I will be attending the Lion King musical in Durham. It will be my first time seeing the musical and my parents are coming up with my baby sister for us all to go see it. The last time we all went to a musical was Beauty & the Beast in 2013.

  8. I have never tried Yogi tea's but everyone I know loves them. I'm obsessed with Black Tea from Fortum & Mason. When I was in London last year, I stocked up. Hope you had a great weekend.
